Ordering is easy with the self-serve iPads when you walk in—just place your order, grab a number, and wait for pickup whether you’re dining in or taking out. Since we live nearby, we took it to go, and everything stayed warm and crisp—no soggy mess, just a delicious one. There’s also plenty of parking right in front, which makes pickup super convenient. What's neat is they offer a lettuce wrap option, which I tried recently and was pleasantly surprised. Now, onto the fries. They're pretty good when hot, but like many fast-food places, they lose their charm once they cool down. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal with a bit of customization. ”
“ Opening day, off to a great start. Super busy (of course) they were definitely staffed for it. Extremely friendly staff. Very juicy fresh burgers and chicken sandwiches. I would recommend the burger over the chicken sandwich tho. Definitely ask for extra shack sauce. We ordered togo and picked up at the walk up window which is very convenient. Prices weren't as high as I expected. Expect about a 5 guys sized burger. ”

I was totally satisfied the spicy fries are very spicy, so keep your delicious shake close by. If you don't like hot fries, I suggest getting the regular fries and adding some old bay if you want a kick without the spicy hot. Fountain drinks get free refills even though they don't announce it :) ”

Never had a bad burger from this chain and this location was good. Price is elevated but worth it! Easy to access from main road and tons of indoor and outdoor seating ”
